I have been competitive and fitness oriented my whole life and have been a personal trainer for 19 years, so I am high in expertise and experience. My background has come due to being competitive in karate in the UK and unfortunately a car crash which gave me whiplash and grief to my spine. I overcame the challenges of whiplash and recovered my spine though weight training, movement, martial arts and yoga and so essentially I have been choosing to learn and grow in the physical field to help others build their confidence the way I have confidence in my own body.
